Sessions: $ 70-100
I can complete a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Sliding scale may be available with income verification.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits? The changes to healthcare benefits-- all insurance companies are required to have mental health sessions. (I can check for you with your approval and benefit information.)
- What is my deductible and has it been met? Most insurance deductibles are between $25-35; some do not have a deductible
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
